How should I prepare for my waxing appointment?
For the best results, ensure your hair is at least a quarter-inch long (about the size of a grain of rice). We recommend gently exfoliating the area 24 to 48 hours before your visit and avoiding heavy lotions or oils on the day of your service.
How long does shipping take for aftercare products?
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
What is your return policy for skincare items?
We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. Due to the hygienic nature of our beauty products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.
Are your wax formulas safe for sensitive skin?
Absolutely. At Fuzz Wax Bar, we use high-quality, antimicrobial hard and soft waxes specifically formulated to be gentle on the skin while effectively removing hair from the root.
Can I cancel or reschedule my service booking?
Yes, you can reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship our aftercare products within North America. We are working on expanding our shipping zones to reach our global community soon.
